3143) Popped or Polluted Information on Population Numbers
Posted on 9:51 AM by Unknown
Notice: This is a chapter drafted for Volume 2, of “The Genocide of Truth” and is released to “Armenians-1915.blogspot.com” only for updating book readers).
- Foreword: One big reason, which encouraged me to make this research and discover truth, as close I can get, is the huge fluctuations or distortions employed when referring to Armenian population before the war, movements during war and the result with losses at the end of the war. As you have noticed from Volume 1, page 303, a wide range of population figures has been listed as if lotteries draw. . .
The reader, under such huge variations, has to make his own judgment by reason, comparison and de facto incidents. With the exception of very few “exaggerated declarations” the average guess can be made with a very small margin of possible error. Under the circumstances, we have to discredit the estimates without much documentation, and try to establish an “average factor” using our logic. The chart on subject page stands very much strong and dependable. Yet, few new sources are commented in this chapter, are additionally elaborated to expand the previous Population Chart on p.303 . .
