How did the powerful Allies of WWII treat a suspect population in their postwar occupation of Germany?The homelands of the Americans, British, Soviets and French were no longer or never threatened. Were these Allies more tolerant than the endangered Ottomans, a bankrupt nation that was in a fight for its very existence?
In this video, Ottoman-Armenians, a community that betrayed its Ottoman nation by siding with the enemies of their nation, will be placed in the role of postwar German rebels and civilians, to see how much better they would have fared under the more modern, wealthier and far less desperate Allies.
This will be a fitting comparison in another respect, given how European-Armenians wholeheartedly joined the Third Reich, had themselves declared as fellow Aryans, and formed Nazi Armenian battalions that fought side by side with the Wehrmacht . .
