Foreword: This very important U.S. Senate Resolution, stands like an obelisk in the valid history records on the “Genocide Fanfare”. Yet, Turkish authorities have never noticed or read this important document and the Armenian diaspora or U.S. Congress/Senate totally ignored the existence of this official record.
